We are the voice of Consumers here at CHARG. The Speaker's Bureau was designed to help everyday people come together to practice effective communication. Along with helping to build confidence, we hope to further the organization's overall goal; to help dispell myths surrounding Mental Illness in our community. We teach the basics of the idea development, source quotation, speech composition, and getting the nervousness out! However varying backrounds and skill levels, we help shape consumers Ideas and experience into a wealth of resource for all. We provide help in forming the creative process, along with individualized attention to the beginning student. Most of our group will become well versed in the backgrounds of varying disorders. We encourage all consumers who have little or no experience to come join us as we shape our community message for the future here at CHARG.
