All community members are invited to attend this event, as we share how CHARG Resource Center impacts the community and improves mental wellness in the Denver area — and how YOU can make a significant difference as well. We’ll also recognize our volunteers and induct new members into our Honorary Council. There will be a light, complimentary breakfast served.

Join us at the Drop-in Center for a resilience and wellness story circle to learn from others’ points of view and experiences. CHARG is excited to partner with Poetry for Personal Power for this program. You don’t need to be a poet to participate. Come share your experience! Light refreshments will be served.

Join Project Helping volunteers to make and serve a lunch for the CHARG Resource Center community! CHARG is excited to partner with Project Helping, who will contribute a free lunch for CHARG community members.

Through the act of volunteering, you are actively investing in your community while also improving your mental wellness! Volunteering is proven to have numerous health benefits including improved mood, feeling healthier, increased sense of purpose and reducing stress levels. Volunteering can also give us a deep sense of happiness, both immediately and long-term.
