SPEAKERS’ BUREAU
CHARG Resource Center has a consumer-run speakers’ bureau. It was created to educate the public about mental illness, to reduce the stigma and misunderstanding that surrounds it, and to empower individuals to take control of their symptoms & their lives. The Speakers’ Bureau is available for presentations at community venues such as churches and schools, and for training specific groups such as law enforcement professionals. All presentations are free of charge.
